Affiliate Member Requirements

Unsure if you want to become a full EKS-D Team member? Then become an affiliate member. Affiliate members only need to meet one requirement:

• Love to dance parapara

As with EKS-D team members, affiliate members are encouraged to attend EKS-D events and gatherings if possible, but are not required. Just submit an application and that's all there is to it. Happy dancing.

Team Member Requirements

To maintain active membership on Team EKS-D, members must meet one or more of the following requirements within a six month period.

• Contribute original choreographic content, or participate in team choreographic efforts.
• Appear in one or more videos to be featured on site.
• Make an active contribution to the team in some other significant fashion. (ie: use of video equipment, audio mixing/editing, video editing, etc.)

Members of Team EKS-D should be parapara enthusiasts living in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Members are highly encouraged to practice with the group and on their own to improve upon their dancing skill and individual style. Also, EKS-D strongly encourages its members to attend team planned events and gatherings, but does not consider it mandatory.

Special Notes

• EKS-D members under the age of 18 are encouraged to obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before appearing in any videos or other multimedia content produced by EKS-D ParaPara or its members. Please note that any content depicting a member under the age of 18 at the time of its creation may be removed from the site upon the request of a parent or guardian.
• Inclusion in Team EKS-D Special performances (ie: performing at conventions, exhibitions, etc.) will be based on merit. Members wishing to participate in these performances must be willing and able to attend scheduled practices, coordinate dancing with fellow performers, and learn all required choreography and staging.
• All potential members must read and agree to the membership agreement before joining Team EKS-D.
