Membership Agreement

By becoming a member of EKS-D ParaPara, potential members agree to the following terms of membership.

All prospective members under the age of 18 are encouraged to obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before appearing in any multimedia content produced by EKS-D ParaPara or its members. Any content depicting a member under the age of 18 at the time it was created may be removed from the site upon the request of a parent or guardian.

Neither EKS-D ParaPara nor its members hold any liability for any false information given by potential members. All information is submitted in good faith.

Any original choreographic, visual, or other multimedia content created for EKS-D ParaPara or featured on the EKS-D ParaPara website is the intellectual property of EKS-D ParaPara. Members will not retain individual ownership over any piece of media. Any outside content is the intellectual property of its original creator and, whenever applicable, will be credited as accurately as possible.

EKS-D ParaPara is a not-for-profit, hobbyist group with the intention of enjoying and promoting the Japanese "parapara" style of dancing. The use of an individual's image or likeness is not intended for capital gain.
